Copperfire is a software and business consultancy working with clients worldwide. We help growing businesses with AI and agentic workflows, GTM and RevOps, application and systems development, Shopify, and fractional CTO and COO leadership.

Do you just build what we ask for?
No. We give every project direction first. Raj reviews how your business runs, then tells you what to build, what not to, and in what order, so budget goes where it pays back.
How does a project start?
With an audit. You walk us through how your business runs, and we pick out the highest-payoff processes AI and automation should be handling. We then give you clear direction on what to build, with a fixed scope and price, and build it to production standard.
Do you use AI to write the code?
We use AI tools where they speed up engineering, but every system is designed by a technical architect and every change is reviewed and tested. No vibe code.
How do you use AI in client projects?
Only where it improves a measurable business outcome, such as time saved, response speed or accuracy. We use AI to draft, classify, summarise and route work, keep people reviewing decisions that need judgement, and measure the result after launch.
Is AI right for my business?
Often, but not always. The discovery call looks at the outcome you want first. If a simpler automation or integration will get there faster and cheaper, we will recommend that instead.
Do we need technical staff to work with you?
No. We handle the technical work and hand over every system with documentation your team can use day to day. What we need from you is someone who knows how the business runs.
What will the AI tools cost us to run?
We estimate running costs for every workflow before anything is built, and choose tools sized to your volumes. For most growing businesses this is a modest monthly subscription, set up in your own accounts.
How quickly will we see something working?
Most first automations are live within a few weeks of the discovery call, depending on scope. Larger builds are delivered in stages, so you see working software early.
How much does it cost?
Every project is scoped and priced before work starts, so you know the cost up front. As a guide only, Shopify builds start from £1,500 and web application development from £2,500, while AI consulting, fractional CTO and fractional COO support start from £750 per day. All prices vary depending on scope.
Which tools and platforms do you work with?
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Xero, PandaDoc, Microsoft 365, Stripe, Twilio, Shopify, n8n and Zapier, with custom builds in Next.js, React, Node.js, .NET Core and Python on AWS or Azure.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. Code, workflows, accounts and documentation belong to you, set up in your own accounts from day one.
Can you work alongside our existing team?
Yes. We regularly work with in-house developers, operations teams and other agencies, and hand over with documentation and training.
Are you a Shopify Partner?
Yes. Copperfire is a Shopify Partner and builds stores, themes and integrations. We also have deep experience with Microsoft and AWS, including Microsoft for Startups.
