Built by an operator, for operators.

Founder

I’m a technical architect with 25 years across technology, operations and commercial leadership.

I founded Copperfire over 10 years ago so growing companies could get senior technical and operational judgement without hiring a full-time CTO. Today I help clients decide what to build, and what not to, then use AI, agentic workflows and automation where they improve a measurable outcome.

I’m British-born and based in London. I’ve also lived in Canada, and have worked on projects across the UK, North America and the Middle East.
