Accessibility statement
Our commitment to making this website usable for everyone.
Last updated 5 November 2026
Our approach
Copperfire wants everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their ability or the technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
What you can do on this site
You should be able to:
- navigate the whole site using only a keyboard, including a “skip to content” link on every page
- use the site with a screen reader, with headings, landmarks and labels that describe each part of the page
- zoom text up to 200% without content being lost or overlapping
- switch between light and dark mode
- reduce animation, as the site respects your device’s “reduce motion” setting
- read text with sufficient contrast against its background
How we test
Every page is checked automatically for accessibility before each release, and the site will not publish if a page falls below our standard. We also review pages manually with a keyboard and screen reader when we make significant changes.
Known limitations
Some features use third-party services that we do not fully control. In particular, the booking calendar on our Book a call page is provided by Cal.com. If you have any difficulty booking, email us at hello@copperfire.co.uk and we will arrange a call directly.
Feedback and contact
If you find any part of this website hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email hello@copperfire.co.uk. Tell us the page address and what the problem was. We aim to reply within two working days.
Enforcement
If you are not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) (opens in a new window).
