Our work

Strive logo

Strive: An operating platform for over 500 B2B clients

Strive needed one platform to run sales, onboarding, finance and compliance for over 500 B2B clients. We designed and built a bespoke CRM-powered operating platform, integrating Pipedrive, PandaDoc, Microsoft 365 and Xero so data is entered once and stays consistent everywhere. Repetitive work across sales, finance and compliance is now automated, and the team has a single view of every client. We also delivered AI work on the platform: AI tools that speed up financial reporting and prepare quarterly business reviews for account managers, plus multiple AI-based workflows that automate key areas of the system.

WeMena logo

WeMena: A B2B e-commerce marketplace on Microsoft Azure

WeMena is a B2B e-commerce marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers. We built the web and mobile platform on Microsoft Azure and .NET Core, so buyers could order on any device from a single system. The architecture was designed to scale on Azure as the marketplace grew, and the business qualified for Microsoft for Startups and the Abu Dhabi Microsoft Reactor.

Kyles Collection logo

Kyles Collection: A custom Shopify store with B2B wholesale

Kyles Collection is a long-established jewellery business. We migrated it from a bespoke e-commerce platform to a Shopify store that is easier for the team to manage, building a fully customised theme around the brand and a B2B wholesale extension with a custom backend, so trade customers get their own pricing, ordering and account experience. Retail and wholesale now run from a single store, without a separate trade site to maintain. We also implemented multiple integrations and automation workflows, with a heavy emphasis on go-to-market strategy across the UK and North America.

Carrier Bag Shop logo

Carrier Bag Shop: A bespoke e-commerce platform rolled out across multiple territories

Carrier Bag Shop is a leading packaging provider. We designed and built a bespoke e-commerce platform on a .NET backend, with SEO at the centre of the build so the business could compete for search traffic in a crowded market. The platform was then rolled out across multiple territories, giving the business one system to run and grow each market from.

Airsupply logo

Airsupply: Growing a supply-teacher marketplace through SEO and go-to-market strategy

Airsupply connects schools with supply teachers. We worked with the team to improve the marketplace’s SEO and sharpen its go-to-market strategy, so it could reach more schools and more teachers and build up the ecosystem on both sides of the platform. We were also heavily involved in the content, improving the blog to strengthen Airsupply’s SEO footprint and make it easier for schools and teachers to find the platform when they search.

Chestertons logo

Chestertons: Paid media experiments and an operational workflow for a property portfolio

Chestertons needed to bring in more enquiries across its property portfolio, for both the commercial and residential markets. We ran a series of experiments on Google and Meta, using Google Ads, image ads, retargeting and more, to find what worked for each market. We then built a full operational workflow so Chestertons’ marketing teams can run this day to day, from setting up campaigns to reviewing results.

Expertly logo

Expertly: Architecture redesign for a social commerce marketplace

Expertly is a social commerce marketplace partnering with L’Oréal. As the business grew, its original architecture was limiting what the team could build and how quickly. We led a full technology and architecture redesign, setting out a platform structure that could scale with new partners and products, and gave the team a clear technical direction to build on.

Solace logo

Solace: A Shopify store connected to the ERP

Solace needed a Shopify store that reflected its brand and worked with the systems behind the business. We extended the Shopify theme and integrated the store with Solace’s ERP and numerous 3PL providers to support stock taking and inventory management, so orders, stock levels and customer data stay in sync without manual re-keying. Stock shown online stays accurate, the team spends less time on admin, and the store is ready to extend as the range grows.
